Once your mentor has successfully received full payment, they will email you to confirm your booking. 


If the session has a specific time/date, the mentor will share details about how it will be conducted. This could be a link for Zoom or Skype, or directions to the advertised location.


If you have booked a 1-1 portfolio review or mentoring session, you will be able to decide a time, date and place/platform that works best for both yourself and your mentor. 


Your mentor might require you to share documents with them ahead of the session, or vice versa. If the mentor has uploaded any documents that you need, you’ll receive a download link email for these after payment confirmation. 


After the session has been completed, you will receive an email inviting you to review and rate your experience out of 5 stars.
