You can upload files when you create or amend a product listing. You can upload anything that you think participants will need to help prepare for, or to refer to during, the session. The files you upload will only be accessible by participants after purchase. They will receive a link to download your files with their order confirmation email. 

How to upload study materials: 

  1. Head to your Seller Dashboard and click “Manage Products”

  2. Select the product you’d like to add study materials to and click “Edit”

  3. Scroll down to the “Downloadable Options” section and click on “Choose file”

  4. Upload files of up to 50MB and click “Insert File URL”

  5. Select the number of times a participant can download the files in “Download Limit”

  6. Choose the number of days a participant has to download the files in “Download Expiry” 

  7. Make sure to click “Save Product” at the bottom of the page to confirm your changes
